Marinated chicken thighs or diced breast in a classic mix of Japanese flavours, including; soy, sesame oil, sake, mirin and a blend of distinctive Japanese condiments and spices. Finished flavour is sweet and savoury, with a distinctively bintochan characteristic. Meat texture is soft on the inside, and sticky on the outside.
OUTDOOR COOKING - Skewered and grilled on a charcoal BBQ.
INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.
KELL'S CHEFY TIP - After emptying the chicken from the bag, put the leftover marinade in a pan. Add more soy sauce if required. Heat the liquid slowly for 5 minutes and then brush the glaze onto the cooked chicken meat skewers.
