Anadalusian BBQ Pork Ribs

Pork ribs can be cooked in so many different ways - smoked, fried, baked, braised - I use a combination of cooking techniques to make these ribs soft and sticky to eat, with sweet Andalusian pimiento, sherry vinegar, tomato and brown sugar flavours. Delightful! A meat eaters favourite.
HOW TO REHEAT - Defrost at room temperature. Oven cook for 30 minutes at 180°c. Microwave cook for 4 minutes on highest setting.
