Robust and striking flavours of numerous dried herbs and spices, partnered with lemon juice, oil, salt and chilli. Rubbed tenderly into the chicken, the flavour of Chimichurri penetrates the chicken beautifully.
OUTDOOR COOKING - Laid over a charcoal BBQ, turning often for approximately 15 minutes.
INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.
KELL'S CHEFY TIP - Allow the chicken to properly rest at room temperature for at least 10 minutes (if you can bear it)! This allows the chicken to absorb any juices that are expended during cooking.
