Another slow marinade method is needed here to penetrate the flesh of the tofu with authentic tikka flavours. The cubed tofu is griddled until slightly charred, then brushed with a lemon, coriander and mango glaze. Yum Yum!

OUTDOOR COOKING - Skewered and grilled on a charcoal BBQ.

INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.

KELL'S CHEFY TIP - A good charring improves the flavour of the finished tofu massively - the addition of the glaze at end elevates it further!
