Marinated tempeh (fermented soya beans) in a classic mix of Japanese flavours, including; soy, sesame oil, sake, mirin and a blend of distinctive Japanese condiments and spices. Finished flavour is sweet and savoury, with a distinctively bintochan characteristic. Soft on the inside, and sticky on the outside.
OUTDOOR COOKING - Skewered and grilled on a charcoal BBQ.
INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.
KELL'S CHEFY TIP - Before serving, brush the cooked tempeh with a mixture of soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Sprinkle spring onions over the top!
