Slowly, slowly... The key to making this classic Spanish stew (cazuela) is to cook it for a long time, making the pork amazingly soft and allowing the chorizo, peppers and tomatoes to merge into a beautiful thick gravy for the pork. A KK special!

HOW TO REHEAT - Defrost at room temperature. Oven cook for 30 minutes at 180°c. Microwave cook for 4 minutes on highest setting.
