Warm, sultry spicing married with honey, mint and lemon juice creates a stunning blend of flavours to recreate the taste of North African and Middle Eastern Shawarma. Delicious! A favourite with many KK customers.
OUTDOOR COOKING - Laid over a charcoal BBQ, turning often for approximately 15 minutes.
INDOOR COOKING - Stage 1: On a very hot griddle pan to sear both sides, turning once. Stage 2: In the oven or an Air Fryer at 180°c for 10 minutes (thighs).
KELL'S CHEFY TIP - Drizzle fresh lemon juice and chopped fresh mint onto the cooked chicken after removing from the oven, just before serving.
