I've been cooking meat and vegan curries (Indian, Pakistani, Bengali etc.) for more than 30 years. This curry is my ultimate chicken curry, influenced by many curry styles and cooking techniques - smoky, spicy, savoury, zingy, saucy - it's a complex flavour experience for sure. Long, slow marinated chicken, cooked in lots of garlic, fresh chillis, whole spices, ground spices and a thick, tomato based sauce. Finished with lots of fresh coriander. Delicious!

HOW TO REHEAT - Defrost at room temperature. Oven cook for 30 minutes at 180°c. Microwave cook for 4 minutes on highest setting.
