Chicken Korma Curry

This chicken korma is very indulgent. Marinated chicken is cooked with butter (ghee), yoghurt, fresh cream, finely chopped coconut and tomatoes, together with black and green cardamom, mild curry spices and sugar syrup. A North Indian classic, similar to butter chicken.
HOW TO REHEAT - Defrost at room temperature. Oven cook for 30 minutes at 180°c. Microwave cook for 4 minutes on highest setting.
