Char Sui Pork Belly in Honey, Soy & Chilli

Although this recipe is Chinese, it is widely eaten across northern Thailand. Pork belly strips, marinated in sesame oil, soy, palm sugar and chilli, slowly roasted in the oven until crispy. Then coated in honey and finished with fresh chillis. Serve with stir fried broccoli & sticky rice. Succulent and delicious!

HOW TO REHEAT - Defrost at room temperature. Oven cook for 30 minutes at 180°c. Microwave cook for 4 minutes on highest setting.
