The art of Peri Peri marinating and cooking is a Kell speciality. Using strong acidic flavours like vinegar, citrus fruit juices, with fresh and ground chillis, and a blend of herbs and spices, the tofu texture is unbelievably soft and tender when cooked.

OUTDOOR COOKING - Skewered and grilled on a charcoal BBQ.

INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.

KELL'S CHEFY TIP - When skewering the marinated tofu, and before cooking, add a piece of green pepper, onion and tomato to the skewer as a lovely flavour addition.
