OUTDOOR COOKING - Skewered and grilled on a charcoal BBQ.
INDOOR COOKING - Under a very hot grill or in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes in total, turning once.
KELL'S CHEFY TIP - Just before cooking has finished, sprinkle the cooked chicken with more fresh herbs (I prefer rosemary), and a little drizzle of olive oil.
